Pastor Darryl
Keith Thompson
Pastor Darryl Keith Thompson is
first and foremost a man of God that
values His relationship with the
Lord and with His people. As a
shepherd, he loves and leads the
flock with vision and purpose. He is
quick to share, however, that he
never dreamed of becoming a preacher
or a pastor. As the great-grandson
of a Pentecostal preacher, he
believes his destiny resulted from
the promise found in Acts 2:39,
For the promise is unto you and to
your children, and to all that are
afar off, even as many as the Lord
our God shall call.
At the age of twenty-four, Pastor
Thompson had a “road to Damascus”
experience and a life changing
encounter with God. He responded to
the call and made a commitment to be
real with God for the rest of his
days. Pastor openly identifies with
the treacherous life of the Apostle
Paul prior to his conversion by
testifying frequently about his
troubled teen years and young adult
life.

Co-Pastor Kimberly
Callaway-Thompson
Co-Pastor Kimberly Callaway-Thompson
is the loving wife of Pastor Darryl
Thompson and the doting mother of
Chris and Dy as she affectionately
refers to her children. She is also
the youthful grandma to
her precious
grandson, Azriel-Azzan. Her husband
often calls her “the wife of his
life” and boasts that she
is the
good thing that has caused him to
obtain favor from the Lord. He
attributes her strong prayer life
and spiritual fortitude to the
growth and favor bestowed upon their
family and ministry. He will be the
first to say
of her that God, family, and the
people of God are more important to
her than anything else on earth.
Born and raised on the south side of
Chicago into a close-knit family,
Co-Pastor Thompson is the youngest
of five children. She also comes
from a large extended family. Her
grandparents had 63 grandchildren
and she remains close with all of
her first cousins.
